1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website and place an order.
2. Product Representation
We make every effort to display colors and details accurately. However:
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- As sarees are textile products, minor weaving or thread variations may occur.
Such variations do not qualify as defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment verification failure
If cancelled, a full refund will be processed.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false information
- Use automated systems or bots
- Abuse coupons, reviews, or promotional offers
- Submit fraudulent damage claims
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or refuse service in such cases.
6. Reviews & Coupon Policy
- Reviews must be genuine and related to the purchased product.
- Only one review per order is eligible for a reward coupon.
- Coupons issued for reviews are non-transferable and may have expiry limits.
- We reserve the right to withhold or cancel coupons in cases of suspected misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Delayed deliveries
- Courier issues
- Color perception differences
- Improper product handling after delivery
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, network outages, or other force majeure events.
10. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank/payment provider, you agree to first contact our support team to seek resolution. Any fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension of service and/or legal action.
