Return & Replacement Policy

Each saree undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch.

Due to the delicate and premium nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Color variation due to screen settings
  • Minor weaving inconsistencies

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is available only in cases of:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product delivered

Claim Requirements

To request a replacement:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide an unedited unboxing video
  • Share clear photos of the issue

Claims without unboxing video may not be accepted.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement.
